I'm liking the All Hallowed Eve holiday.

I think my granddoggie Frodo rocks his hot dog costume.

Happy Halloween! As I write this, I'm contemplating dusting the most obviously gross surfaces in my house before our diner guests arrive; but I'm also thinking that since this is supposedly the scariest day of the year, a thick layer of dust over everything might be easily dubbed as intentional. Part of the seasonal decor. What do you think? It seems logical to me.......I wish I could persuade a spider or two to spin a few webs to complete the effect.

Too bad I can't think of a way to justify a sink full of dishes as halloween decorations.

It certainly feels as though the fall holidays have arrived on this chilly and rainy day. And aside from a few housekeeping details that I'd rather forget, the house is ready for fall too.

Tomorrow I'll switch out turkeys for spiders, black cats, and ravens.

Frodo looks like he wants to be a pretend cannibal. :) Cute puppy, as always.

Happy Halloween!

I have to tell you: firstly, you've stolen my heart with such cool Halloween pics! I love Halloween! Secondly, I found your site a few minutes ago while doing a Google search on 'How to combat the brain fog of Sjogrens'. I love your post about the eggs and brains on drugs from 2010. You answered so many of my questions, plus made me feel a lot better. I was diagnosed with Sjogrens almost two years ago. It took three years, three months to diagnose. I'm learning to live with it, only this inability to find my thoughts at times is driving me nuts. I write books for tweens and teens, so I need to be able to find my thoughts. I haven't written a thing for the past six months. I just changed RA docs, so when I go for my first visit I'll mention this. I know getting rest is important, but I have four kids, who are all that conducive to rest. Plus, my insomnia is awful. Anyway, wanted to drop you a line, letting you know that reading your posts is helping. Thank you! Sheri~

Thanks, guys! I like my Halloween stuff too.
Sheri -- so glad you found some useful info. I hope you have an opportunity to see my blog on a non-mobile device because then my left sidebar shows up, which has many many links that are helpful.
