Less is More

I love Twitter. I find the requisite brevity a very good thing. 

Sometimes, when thinking about coping with autoimmune disease, it helps to simply. Here's two minimalist gems from Twitter:

Oh my goodness the second one is MY LIFE. I need good hair for events on both Friday and Saturday, but have a rheumy appointment Thursday as well so I'm in the process of figuring out my hair schedule as we speak. It's exhausting to wash, dry, and style a head of hair and moreso for many chronic illness patients!
