More More More Sjogren's Blogs!

I wanted to share some new Sjogren's / autoimmune blogs of interest with y'all.

It's so important that we get information out there and raise awareness about this disease to not only assist patients with their diagnoses but also to bring the desperate need for meaningful research into the public eye. Sjoggie bloggers are needed to help move toward those goals, so if you've ever considered documenting your experiences with Sjs or other autoimmune disease, head over to Blogger or Typepad to view their simple tutorials and get started writing! We need you!

If you have a Sjogren's or autoimmune disease related blog, or read a blog that I don't have listed, please let me know so that I can add it to the list of links on my sidebar.

Here's Your Gold Watch - Rheutired is written by Annette, who deals with rheumatoid arthritis and Sjogren's syndrome. Her most recent post is entitled "Do We Really Do What the Doctor Advises?" and is a great read.

sjogrens blog - pronounced show grins (but i'm not grinning) is written by an Australian sjoggie. I like her "Fact of the Week" feature.

AutoimmuneGal's author describes herself as "One rheumatologically challenged girl's journey through life and the maze of the medical system". Head over there to read her excellent post discussing a recent Plaquenil study.

Thanks for the mention Julia. I could see in the numbers on my blog that something happened this morning and there you are. I look forward to reading Sjogren's But I'm Not Grinning for the first time.

And Autoimmune Gal's post is timely. I was wondering if a rheum would add Plaquenil to methotrexate and Humira. The only time I tried it I did not have Sjogren's.

It's always nice to drop into your blog. I loved the giant lens container. There I was thinking it was such a lavish gift.

Thanks so much for including me in your post. I'm hoping like you that more of us will start writing about what life is like as Sjoggie so we can not only support each other, but make sure this disease gets the attention it should.

I truly enjoy the rapport that has developed among us bloggers. Your blog even when addressing serious topics often gives me the laugh I need to get my day started.

Thank you for an awesome Sjögren blog. I recently started one, and just today I started what appears to be the first ever podcast devoted to SS. It's Sjögren Warrior.
