Because it doesn't have an outward, visible aspect that people can see, they don't believe that I am truly this tired. Then I start to doubt myself, and think I must be extremely lazy. Studies like this do so much to relived my guilt! Some worse than others but all of us have symptoms - neuropathies more than fatigue but hey any Ss research is good research.
