Over the years, I ...I am also a very Sweaty Betty. Over the years, I have found that a small camp towel comes in really handy during exercise sessions. More absorbent and softer than paper towels, and they are re-usable, taking up no more room in a pocket or bag than two or three paper towels. If you google "camp Towel" you should find lots of brands and sizes (and colors!!!) available from lots of vendors.

Thanks for your blog. I really enjoy it.
HelenHelenhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/14055618692896876629noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-690850457652849477.post-53574572075614726502015-10-24T04:09:44.861-07:002015-10-24T04:09:44.861-07:00I think your comparison is spot on.I think your comparison is spot on.Krishttps://www.blogger.com/profile/00350968067270135488noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-690850457652849477.post-59850300752949183902015-10-23T22:01:00.140-07:002015-10-23T22:01:00.140-07:00You all sweat?? Dr. said because of my lack of moisture, I don't sweat which means my body has no way to cool itself off. This thing just gets stranger day by day!:-(treasuresanddiscovers.comhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/08117356495940195282noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-690850457652849477.post-34920970841512207712015-10-23T16:24:10.641-07:002015-10-23T16:24:10.641-07:00Perfect explanation. I...I. too, get overheated with any exertion at all. It is one of my most frustrating complaints. I never used to sweat at all, and now it is just awful. I have been attributing it to my taking Cevimeline. No wonder people don't understand us sjoggies. We talk about dry, dry, dry, while sweating profusely.Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/14055854231333781028noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-690850457652849477.post-35216861695761044242015-10-23T08:07:48.778-07:002015-10-23T08:07:48.778-07:00This comment has been removed by the author.Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/14055854231333781028noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-690850457652849477.post-51300797147966330082015-10-23T03:01:43.778-07:002015-10-23T03:01:43.778-07:00Oh Julia.... I understand completely what you mean...Oh Julia.... I understand completely what you mean about being the ONLY one in your tai chi class who sweats. I've given up organized exercise class because of it!! My head sweats (call me the human water fountain!!) and my hair is soaked with the slightest exertion. I am embarrassed of the puddles of perspiration I leave in my wake! Probably due to my neuropathy.... (sigh)Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
