For an alternate ...I can certainly understand this. For an alternate point of view, I got excited when I realized last week that I was bored for the first time in many years. It meant that my brain was working enough to think about that and that my body was cooperative enough that I could do something.<br />To have them both functional enough , at the same time, was a new experience. I am looking forward to it happening again and have compiled a to do list , "just in case."Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-690850457652849477.post-44567871358660222132009-10-31T09:17:24.095-07:002009-10-31T09:17:24.095-07:00Hi Wendy - WOW! The learning, volunteering, and especially the socializing have filled the bill to get me up and out and having fun. Volunteers in our class vary widely in age and physical health. There's such a wide range of volunteer opportunities that it's easy to choose activities and a schedule that fit my abilities. I'm getting the outdoor exercise I love--and missed--so much, and finding I'm not as disabled as I thought! There's also a Master Gardener program in many states.Wendyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17483010595618383009noreply@blogger.com
