Mostly, I let it go too long until it becomes a full-blown flare. Even then, I still confuse myself asking, "Is this really a flare or just normal feeling cruddy Sjogren's junk?" Why must we always pay the piper?<br /><br />Maybe I'll get the hang of it one of these days? Dumb stupid autoimmune disease, indeed!<br /><br />Rest up.
