I just discovered your blog last week, and am wondering why I hadn't found it sooner. Thank you, for sourcing and distilling valuable information, for your delightfully whimsical wit, and for showing fellow Sjogren's warriors that we're not alone and that someone understands.

This worksheet is going to be so useful!

Julia, I am 32 years old and believe I am experiencing the onset of sjogren's syndrome. I began experiencing the typical dry eye and dry mouth symptoms and talked with my dad about it. He explained to me that my grandmother had sjogren's and he has been diagnosed with it himself. What advice do you have for someone my age to help minimize the damage this autoimmune disease can cause? What do you wish you had known earlier in life about this disease?

Thank you.

I keep find articles that talk about the dry eyes, mouth, nose, memory loss, digestive issues, etc. Most articles don't REALLY talk about the PAIN. The pain is what I have the most difficulty dealing with. Anyone else in the same boat as I am. I am also on about 10 prescriptions!! I am so tired of swallowing pills.
